My name is Chelsea Waldo! I have been a Registered Nurse for 3 years working in Utilization Management. I graduated from Lincoln Memorial University! Before getting my RN license I held my LPN license for 10 years with experience working in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. I am currently on year 15 serving in the Tennessee Air National Guard.

I am married to my best friend and we are adoptive parents to 2 amazing boys! They have fulfilled my life by being the best thing to ever happen to me! 

As a dedicated weight loss and aesthetic nurse, I am committed to empowering individuals on their journey to improved health and self-confidence. My own experience as a patient at Be Well has been nothing short of remarkable.
