Be Well COVID19 Policies & Procedure Updates

We appreciate your cooperation during these challenging times. We are doing what we feel is best for our patients based on both CDC and Tennessee state guidelines. As more information becomes available regarding State guidelines via Gov. Lee please note further changes to appointments and protocols may be necessary. Our focus continues to be on the health and safety of our patients and staff. We look forward to providing you with excellent care.

  • If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment and avoid coming in until your symptoms have passed.

  • If you are looking to reorder you products, please call the office directly. We will take payment over the phone and schedule a pick-up time.

  • All patients must wearing a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for just $1.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • We will have hand sanitizing options available.

  • Please limit belongings brought to your appointment to handbag/wallet. Food may not be brought in.

  • While we enjoy spending time catching up with our patients, in-office visits will look and feel very different now. Conversations will be focused on reviewing and obtaining health history, assessment, and performing treatments. Our intent is to limit face to face time with your provider in an effort to minimize exposure risks.

  • Your mask must remain on during your entire visit, unless removed by the treatment provider. You will be provided with a new mask after if necessary.

  • We ask that you leave your cell phone in your handbag/pocket.

  • When your service and checkout is complete, we will recommend a follow up timeline and your post care instructions will be emailed to you or print out provided.

What we are doing differently…

  • We will be booking extra time between patients, to properly sanitize the work areas.

  • We will be taking staff temperatures and documenting pre-shift health questionnaires prior to every shift.

  • Our staff has been trained on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices.

  • Your provider will wear a mask, and/or goggles or face shield during your treatment.

  • Our skincare lines will not have testers available during this time and unnecessary display items have been removed.

  • If you are not feeling well, or a member in your household is not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule your appointment till your and/or their symptoms have subsided.

  • If you have been traveling outside of the state, we advise you to follow the state protocols before coming in for an appointment.

  • All patients must arrive at their appointment wearing a mask. The mask must remain on for the entire duration of the visit to the clinic. Treatments that require the discontinued use of your mask, will be removed by your provider and you will be eligible to receive a new mask from us at the end of your procedure.
